Okay, so you may think you have seen this list on this site before, but you actually haven’t. We go around and collect different opinion pieces from different sites on the same idea so our readers can get as wide a scope of these games as possible. So while you have seen a “Best Open World” games list from Gameranx here before, you have never seen one from TGN.
The beauty of gaming and there being so much gaming journalism out there is the fact that so many people have so many different opinions about what is the best. There are some real interesting games on this list that I hadn’t even considered before when it came to the best open world games.

Though it may not be available yet and may be a work in progress, this Skyrim mod that essentially turns the entire game into the look of a Pixar movie looks to be about the slickest mod this community has churned up. Yes, it may not be available yet, but pretty safe to say when it is, every Skyrim fan will be playing in a much prettier version of that universe.
I just can’t wait to see what it does to the frame rate. I am a realist. Also, I am not officially celebrating until I see this thing in motion. Still pics on the internet often leave me a tad suspicious when it comes to gaming. Guess we will see. Hope it is real, though, as it seems like it will add much replay-ability to this game for fans like myself.

While many people on this site are avid gamers, that also means we are aware that there have been some awful video games that have been released upon the population many times. Though mostly we choose to pretend like games that bad don’t exist (looking at you, E.T), in this case, here are 15 of the dumbest video games ever.

People can say what they want about Vega, but I personally dig him. Yes, he’s vain. But the dude also has claws and wears a mask that makes him look like something out of horror movie. I can deal with the vanity to look that twisted and have claws.
Anyway, looks like Vega will be popping up in Street Fighter 5!

Let me tell you why you should be interested in Thimbleweed Park. This is an old school adventure game made to look old school, and created by the two guys behind the classics, Monkey Island and Maniac Mansion. Yes, this is a throwback to the LucasArts adventure games of old made by the same people who made the originals, now how awesome is this?
Also, looks like X-Files which makes me like it even more.
