BB-8 Droid from The Force Awakens Rolls Out on Stage at Star Wars Celebration [VIDEO]
Watch as the real BB-8 droid rolls out onto the Star Wars Celebration Stage during The Force Awakens panel with JJ Abrams and Kathleen Kennedy. I’m not sure how they managed to articulate the unattached head on top of that ball, but it’s well worth a look!

14 Cookbooks Inspired By Pop Culture
You know pop culture has taken over when their are cookbooks dedicated to shows and movies. They may be unofficial in many cases, but the idea of having a Game of Thrones style feast or cooking up some blue meth candy is actually pretty cool.
From Oddee:
In the Game of Thrones you win or you die, but in the Game of Thrones cookbook, you cook and you enjoy. The recipe book, endorsed by George R.R. Martin himself, divides the recipes by region so you can enjoy hearty meat pies like those eaten by the Night’s Watch, indulge in quails drowned in butter like Tyrion Lannister or snack on some honey-spiced locusts as though you’re traveling with the Dothraki
It’s silly, but you gotta admit, kind of a cool idea for a dinner party. Just don’t invite the Lannisters. Get togethers with them rarely end well. Read the rest here.

These ARE the “Star Wars” Emoji You Are Looking For! [PIC]
As part of Star Wars Celebration — happening right now in Anaheim, CA — Twitter has teamed with Star Wars: The Force Awakens to create emoji exclusive to the social media site.
According to a press release, multiple emoji will be released, but the first three were unveiled today at Star Wars Celebration:
Here’s how it works: Tweeters who post hashtags with “keywords associated with specific Star Wars characters and legacy themes will see a small emoji-like icon automatically appended to the end of the text of the tag, embedded within the Tweet.” Here’s an exemple:

DC’s Standalone “Wonder Woman” Movie Already Lands New Director
Michelle MacLaren, who has directed episodes for Breaking Bad and even Game of Thrones, left DC’s Wonder Woman feature on Monday, citing “creative differences,” a reason that could mean almost anything.
Now, just three days later, director Patty Jenkins has signed on to take over.
Jenkins was initially attached to Thor: The Dark World, but that ultimately fell through (not without controversy, as well). Jenkins first gained fame in 2003 when she wrote and directed the award-winning Monster, starring Charlize Theron and Christina Ricci. Jenkins has also worked on Entourage and Arrested Development.
Gal Gadot is still attached to star and a 2017 release remains intact.
