Steampunk Events at NYCC
If you’re a regular convention attendee, you can’t throw a stone without hitting someone in a top hat and goggles. The literature and Neo-Victorian fashion phenomenon known as Steampunk has taken over conventions and your local Halloween costume shop alike! This year New York Comic Con is going full steam ahead (har har) with some great panels by an array of authors, fashion designers, and featuring the show’s very first Steampunk guest, G.D. Falksen, whose image is synonymous with Steampunk (thanks to Wikipedia!).
