Assassin’s Creed 3 Trailer [Video]

18th Century North America. After more than 20 years of conflict, the 13 American colonies and the British Crown are on the brink of all-out war. Battle lines are drawn. Bloodshed is inevitable. Out of the embers of his burning village, a new assassin will rise. Born of Mohawk and British blood, his fight for freedom and justice will be forged in the flames of revolution.

I’m not sure I like the angle that this game is taking… I mean… a Mohawk/British assassin that fights for freedom during the the fight for independence of the 13 colonies? Really, Ubisoft?

  1. omg, im sick of americans having a stab at the british! excuse us for founding a new world and then fighting a bunch of bible bashers who thought they were slaves, you hippocrites! I’m proud to be british. and this is nationalistic bs

    • "bible bashers", lol. American founding fathers were hardly bible bashers, most of them were deists and didn't care much for Christianity.

Also, remember your words next time you expound the virtues of Churchill or Elizabeth I or King Arthur for that matter.

    • Also, this game is made by CANDIANS. FRENCH Canadians for that matter, though I guess I'm sorry if it seems both America and Canada are ganging up on their former overlords, lol.

  2. The good American strike back…… Not enough ass kissing in movies, they have to make some more in video games :/

    • Dude, the Revolution was different. I know American history is pretty fucking spotty, as was this war, too, but I feel as though the Revolutionary War is the only other war than WW2 where America was pretty awesome. Also, it was how our country was originally founded. Everything afterward, sure, we did terrible things, but we had to start somewhere.

  3. Y'know, I feel compelled to point out the fact that despite all the "rampant patriotism" this game may have, it's still being developed by French Canadians and published by a French company. lol.

  4. I should have gone into Continuity for TV & the movies – at 0:17 the wireframe can be clearly seen around the hat that blows towards screen top-right..
