Mike Flores’ Amazing Timelapse Montage

Here is an absolutely stunning montage of many timelapse videos San Diego-based filmmaker Mike Flores has done over the past year. Check it out:

While some time-lapse videos can create a “pseudo-motion” by cropping different parts of a 10 megapixel or better frame into the 1920×1080 pixels of HD video, Flores cuts no corners and actually synchronizes the timelapse camera on a very slow moving and precise dolly while it shoots.

Look you do, delicious indeed: Sculpted Yoda head cake

An absolutely amazing sculpted yoda head cake by Instructable user tchitwood.

I’m an artist who recently has gotten into cake decorating and have fallen in love with it! I’m currently taking the beginner cake decorating classes and hoping to land a job at a bakery. I decided to try making my first sculpted cake and chose Yoda as the subject. It was so much fun and I’ve found my passion! This is a red velvet cake (with rice krispie treats for the ears) covered in fondant.
