This mind-blowingly huge and incredibly detailed recreation of the battle of Helm’s Deep was made in about 4 months by Rich-K & Big J using 150,000 LEGO blocks and 1,700 minifigs. The whole thing weighs about 160 pounds and is the size of a ping-pong table.

  1. I look at this like I look at those pictures of people bragging they spent 300 hours making a replica of the Star Ship Enterprise our of cardboard.

HOLY CRAP WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!

  2. Who’s the waster of time… the one who makes something good… or the moron complaining that making it was a waste of time on random blog comment?

  3. Speaks to just how insanely RICH the entire world has become. Two people of no real import were able to expend that much time, energy and resources on something like this. And unlike many of the works of art from past generations it will not be around for long.
