One day, after harvesting 20 pounds of cucumbers in your garden, you decide to take a nap and leave them in the sun. These cucumbers contain 99% of water, and after a few hours under the afternoon sun, they end up with 98% of water in them because of evaporation. How much of their original weight did they lose?
