Braille Smartwatch Is Insanely Fast

Dot is a smartwatch with a “display” made up of 24 retractable dots, enough to carry messages in Braille. Unlike some “active Braille” devices, the speed can be adjusted to match the user’s reading pace. For those with an incredible Braille ability, the watch can deliver messages at 100 characters a second!

  1. Surprised no one has done this before. So how to blind people know when to wake up and go to sleep now?

    Someone need to play a mean joke on one of them and change their sleeping schedule from night to day. Then take them outside in the middle of the night and when they don’t hear any commotion tell them an apocalyptic wiped out 90% of the population.
