10 Movies and TV Shows Where Everyone Died 5 Minutes After They Ended

I never really thought about how screwed the Ewoks were.  Or for that matter, the Na’avi.  Though I don’t really care about that, because Avatar was awful.  Terminator, though, I always figured they didn’t send a ton of robots back in time due to some idea that maybe that might rip the fabric of spacetime and destroy all life as we know it.  Maybe not.  I like those movies.

    • No, it was awful. It was really, really awful. Everything was cliche, no substance, rehashed stories, characters were all shallow stereotypes, complete reliance on CGI to overshadow glaring flaws, etc, etc.

But the cherry on the icing is the fact that so many people love it.
When half the world floods to and embraces something that is so obviously bad to anyone else who has a brain, you can't help but recoil in horror even more and pity those poor brainless souls. It's like when someone says, "oh, that fatal car accident wasn't really that bad."

      • @Rivethead

how many syfi movies did you see that has someone control 10 foot blue alien life forms from a pod, large alien animals and mech suits and war? that doesn't seem like it was used 100 times before now has it?
how can you stereotype an alien race that doesn't exist?

avatar was not awful. just because some one likes a movie doesn't mean their brainless.
you're just criticizing anyone who doesn't share your interest. to me you seem like an uptight douche without a soul, but you might not see it that way, because your blinded by your own uptight rules of society, and the way you think people should be.

if you want me to go on I can..

        • 'large alien animals and mech suits and war? that doesn't seem like it was used 100 times before now has it?'

          Your fucking kidding me right?

        • Have to agree the story was two dimensional and was overly preachy with the message. It was carried all by CGI. If you want to tell a movie is good do this- put it on the silver screen if it can still stand its good if its something you would not watch on TMC then throw it out.

        • ok where to start no.1 if you have never seen a prograp with big blue aliens mech suits and war watch pritty much anything that came out of japan in the 80's lol

no2 pritty sure by turning an argument into a personal attack at someone you made yourself look like a dick

no.3 avatar was AWFUL if you want any proof that its un original watch furn gully came out in 1992 it has a big tree everyone has to protect, a life force that runs through everything some humans interfearing, giant tree cutting machiens, and everyone rallying together to fight the big nasty humans destroying the forrest the only difference is its set on earth and the main human charicter in it is shrunk and dosent get bigger and of course he falls for the forest chick too lol

  1. gotta say, i agree that it was a medium movie, i mean i don't get too, why people liked it that much, not bad i agree, but far from a chef d'oeuvre.
