If you’re looking for a unique geeky Christmas present and are  environmental conscious, then consider taking a gander at Wood Thumb. I ran across this purveyor of unique wooden Men’s ties at the Renegade Craft Fair in Los Angeles last weekend. This San Fransisco-based startup uses recycled wood that is sourced and “upcycled” from old barns and houses to create unique wooden ties!
