    • If it's anything like my cats (8, with 3 four week old kittens…), it wouldn't be killed, it would be brought in and played with, keeping them entertained. Squirrels, birds, sugar gliders (which aren't even native to here), plenty of anoles and skinks, and palmetto bugs. The squirrels and birds we usually manage to catch and release. The sugar gliders weren't quite so lucky, all three didn't live long after they got caught. The lizards, if they let me catch them, get out. Otherwise, they just starve, and we find them mummified later. There's also the occasional tree frog, but I'm not sure the cats drag them in, or they crawl in somehow (probably an open door) and then the cats chase them around the house.

  2. Oh, I was waiting for the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch.

Always, always watch out for the killer rabbits (and dust bunnies!)
