Truth or Dare on the Wii – NOW with SPANKING

Ladies and Gentlegeeks, prepare yourself to have your mind blown with Ubisoft’s latest Wii title: Wii Dare.

Yes friends, this is actually serious, and no, as far as I know, we’re not April 1st yet. So dear readers, what are your thoughts on this game concept? Yay or nay? As far as I’m concerned, it’s a big nay… I mean, the Wii is a family-oriented console. I don’t see a bunch of adults getting together after diner to play a modern version of the bottle game… or something along the same line.

  1. So the honest truth? Even though this is a family oriented console, I have spent more of my time playing with other adults. Frequently drinking or smoking. That’s what makes Mario better!
I would actually kind of love to get this. It’s bound to create laughter and an entertaining evening. And somehow seems safer than drunk tennis…

  3. see, the reality is something so ridiculously different to what is portrayed. i dont even know any people who A) look like that or B) would be up for that with another couple. ugh.

  4. While this looks completely stupid, I think it's more due to the fact that it looks the the console is essentially unnecessary. You could, if you were so inclined, get the same experience with a set of dice or a $20 board game, include more than 4 players (if you're gonna go for it…GO FOR IT). It would be cheaper, and likely less cheesy.

That said, drunk at a party, I might not be thinking about the wasted money or pointless gameplay, so it will probably make money if it actually comes out.

  5. Really Wii really? I can see the point that if you had a bunch of drunk friends over it would be fun, otherwise, what's the point?
I'm practically speechless on this one.

  6. This makes no sense. The graphics and game do not seem to represent the demographic they are trying to attract! Also the actions of the players do not seem to reflect what is on the screen, e.g. spanking to fly through hoops?

Also there's nothing forcing the players to use the controller in an adult way. You can simply tap on the controller to spank, putting it down your pants makes no difference…unless it vibrates of course. If you are going to make an adult game, MAKE AN ADULT GAME. If not stick to Super Banana or Mario Kart, the end result is the same.
