Pretty cool house. Surprising though that he doesn't actually own his own home instead of renting, considering the amount of money he makes.
I'm surprised that he rents rather than owns his house. That's actually pretty smart. I'm confused, though; I thought he was pissed about the movie being made. I'm probably not going to see it, anyway, but I am definitely getting the soundtrack (Trent Reznor did it).
Honestly curious, why do you think renting would be smarter than buying? I understand it is nice not having to repair anything, living on your own for the first time or just need a temporary place to live.
I am currently renting an apartment and my wife and I are saving up to buy a house so that our money actually goes to something we will own as opposed to something we are just leasing.
