Ok geeks, this short movie by [GAS] reader Russell Challenger was uploaded to Youtube just a little earlier today, and there’s only 31 views on it so far, which is kind of surprising since this is one of the funniest and awesome fan-made short I’ve seen in a long time!
A young and idealistic Bruce Wayne promises to bring justice to Gotham using a secret identity and non-violent methods.
Thanks Russell!
Karen over at Karrenโs Specialty Cakes & Confections made this deliciously geeky BSG cake for the wedding of a couple whom the groom was a big fan of Battlestar Galactica. Om nom nom nom.

The Gotham Board of Tourism would like you to visit their city and have a trip that is 100% Pure Gotham.
Thanks Warren!
[GAS] reader and friend Holly Golightly, who also happens to be an awesome cartoonist, sent me this funny cartoon strip featuring her, her cat, and the really cool shirt she recently got from us. Check it out!
A few months ago, photographer Bill Watters got in touch with me to offer me to cover various conventions for the site, and naturally, I couldn’t refuse the offer! The last set of pics I got from him comes from WonderCon 2012, and even though the event took place last month, I’ve decided to post the pictures anyways. There’s a few really interesting shots in there! My favorite is the one featuring R2-D2 and its secret power source (as seen above.) Check it out!
