  1. I’ve never “ejected” any of that stuff. I really never seen the point. I do what I do on it then wait a few seconds and pull it out. Maybe I’m stupid but how does pulling it out vs ejecting it work or even matter for that point?

    • ejecting tells the computer to check if its still writing and to stop it basically, if its still writing when you pull it, it can corrupt a file.. waiting a few seconds is usually good enough on a functional PC, i bet theres power/static reasons too but the risk of static is just as high ejection or not
