The song, “I.S.S. (Is Somebody Singing) was commissioned by CBCMusic.ca and The Coalition for Music Education with the Canadian Space Agency to celebrate music education in schools across Canada.

Yep. Colonel Cady Coleman was the first. I’ve been showing that video to my students for a little while. I don’t mean to take away from this amazing collaboration. It’s just incorrect to call it the first.
