The scale is a bit off. Hogwarts is nowhere near as big as Narnia or Middle Earth. It seemed to me that Middle Earth is somewhere in scale between Europe and North America, whereas Narnia is about the size of the Earth.
Narnia is only a small region of the planet it is on.
yeah but it's still bigger than hogwarts
I see Lilliput, but no Brobdingnag, Laputa, Balnibarbi, Luggnagg, Glubbdubdrib, Japan, or Country of the Houyhnhnms. It would be worth the artist reading the entirety of Gulliver's Travels :P
Amestris, tameriel alagesia, etc
Minus the names, it kind of looks like Britannia from Ultima.
I was thinking the same thing!
Where is Xanth?
Yeah, not bad, except for the proportions, and no Gulliverian lands, or the lands in Wheel of Time(course, that's pretty well mapped out already, so…), and no Barsoom… No, wait, that's the whole planet… Dang it. Well, all the other stuff. Plus whatever everyone else says.
WHERE IS SKYRIM?!
skyrim is just a province of Tamriel, alon with Morrowing, and Cyrodyl etc. Learn some lore and some manners
Where's Hyperboria? Where's Tamriel?
There weren't any mountains to the east of Middle Earth that Tolkien mapped – I think we need a bit more space between Mordor and Hogwarts. And Sodor was supposed to be *west* of the mainland.
Why is Hyrule so Gods damned tiny? It should be at least twice as big as Narnia or Hogwarts.
What about Skala, Mycena, and Plenimar?
Where is Randland?
Panem is just North America, isn't it?
Yeah, a future North America that has physically drifted apart at the fault lines.
There's no Lodoss Island :(
WHONIVERSE?! MINECRAFTIA?! SHERLOCKIVERSE?! D:
Where is Midkemia (from Raymond E. Feist's Riftwar series).
Sphinktersville!
where is azeroth in relation to this continent?
People, to consolidate every single fantasy story that we love.. it would require galaxies. Especially if we include Doctor Who, Star Trek, Star Wars, Stargate, Firefly.. all of these things have solar systems or galaxies of area. I couldn't even begin to imagine how one would map that.
You could stick them all on a ringworld.
Is any one else concerned how often this world would need saving?
Avalon? Sietch Tabr? Kzin? Shangri-La? Florin? Brigadoon? El Dorado? Atlantis? Skull Island? Gotham? Norstilia? Gondour? Sunnydale? Liberty City? the Island (Lost)? Fawzia? Agrabah? Xanadu? Erewhon? Grand Fenwick? Sarasaland? Wonderland? Lower Slobbovia? Narnia? Tellus?
Actually Narnia is there…
Never Never land WTF
Krynn?
Fantasien?
I think these are suppose to be fantasy lands that don't already have an established setting. Mythic places like Eldorado have places they're suppose to be on earth. Same as Gotham. Anything from Whoniverse/Starwars/Stargate would be on another planet. Startrek is a just earth.
This is a poorly redone version of an older map. Things like Hogwarts, and very weirdly Half-Blood Camp replace the original maps inclusion of Oz, Fantasia, Avalon, and Florin.
