A Scientifically Accurate Demonstration of the Death Star [Video]

The Death Star, as seen in the original Star Wars trilogy, has nothing to do with how laser weapon actually work. Here is a short 35-second video showing the space station firing on a fleet of ships in a scientifically accurate way. Sure, it might not be as visually stunning as in the movies, but as you’ll see, it is much more effective in combat. Not only are lasers invisible, but using today’s technology, a laser can be aimed at multiple target at once, firing quickly to take down multiple targets almost instantaneously. And with the kind of power the Death Star has, it would make short work of a fleet of Rebel Ships.

But let’s not forget: Star Wars, and Kyber Crystals, are not real, and I’m perfectly fine with that. Watch the clip below!
