Quarantine Pantry Raid: Making Peanut Butter Cookies With Alton Brown

I made these and they’re amazing. They’re also very, very simple to make, and with kids at home full time, you can have them participate. And of course, with Alton Brown giving the instructions, you can expect the video to be super entertaining. I love this guy.

What you’ll need:

-1 cup of smooth peanut butter
-1/2 cup of brown sugar
-1/2 cup of white sugar
-1 egg
-1 teaspoon of baking soda
-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt
