MORTAL ENGINES: Peter Jackson’s Epic New Cinematographic Saga [Trailer]

Here is the first trailer of Peter Jackson’s new big screen saga, Mortal Engines. Based on Philip Reeve’s novel of the same name, the movie takes place thousands of years after the destruction of civilization as we know it. Giant moving cities are now roaming Earth, preying upon smaller mobile towns.

Tom Natsworthy (Robert Sheehan)—who hails from a Lower Tier of the great traction city of London—finds himself fighting for his own survival after he encounters the dangerous fugitive Hester Shaw (Hera Hilmar). Two opposites, whose paths should never have crossed, forge an unlikely alliance that is destined to change the course of the future.
