Regulating Your High Speed Internet Access [Comic]

If you haven’t read about it, the FCC is proposing to change the definition of “Broadband” in the U.S. The new proposal says that a broadband connection should have a minimum download speed of 10 mpbs instead of 25 mbps, and a minimum upload speed of 1 mbps instead of 5 mbps.
