Warning: Spoiler Alert. If you’re reading this from the front page and haven’t watched the show yet, don’t hit the “read more” link below (unless you don’t care!)
If you’ve watched the latest season of Game of Thrones, you know all about that immensely satisfying moment where Olenna Tyrell admits, right before dying, that she’s the one who killed Joffrey Lannister by poisoning him in the fourth season of the show.
If you’re still here, it means you likely already watched the show or just don’t care about spoilers. So here’s how it goes: In the third episode of Game of Thrones’ seventh season, Jaime Lannister killed the Matriarch of House Tyrell by poisoning her, but she still won the moment with her last words: “Tell Cersei, I want her to know it was me,” admitting that she was the one who poisoned Joffrey.
Once the episode was over, a user on twitter posted a recreation of the scene using a cat and a blanket.
Then, pictures of cats cosplaying as Olenna Tyrell started popping up everywhere online, with a few people even using dogs to impersonate the character:
Well played, @DanuelFetizanan, well played.
