I, for one, am stoked they are bringing back Starship Troopers, even if it is CG animated. Honestly, this looks to be more true to the original than some of the direct-to-DVD sequels. The R-rating gives me high hopes too, and the fact that they are releasing it one day in the movie theaters before doing the V.O.D thing is pretty sweet icing on the cupcake.
Now here’s hoping this series gets the video game spinoff it truly deserves. Starship Troopers would be ballistic fun, just killing craploads of space bugs, non-stop. Hell yes to that!
