Classic Villains Run for President #Shredder #CobraCommander #Joker [Videos]

Instead of voting for the lesser of two evils this year at the US presidential election, why not choose a real villain to lead the country? Here are three suggestions: Shredder from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Cobra Commander from G.I. Joe, and The Joker from the DC Comics universe.
