A few years ago, artist John Karpinsky released some amazing illustrations combining his love of Star Wars and the fantastic style of traditional mexican “day of the dead” artwork. Now, 5 years later, the man is back with some new creations, which are all available for purchase via his Etsy store.
After five years I’ve finally created some new art. It was difficult to get back into illustrating, but I’ve FINALLY created some new characters. The new movie really inspired me, and it’s been fun rediscovering Star Wars with my almost 8-year old.
