Marvel has a LOT in line to drop on us in next five years, movie-wise. So now might be a great time to catch up on some of the story lines Marvel may be running with. The Secret Wars “Warzone” books are a great place to jump in, but where? There are so many to choose from? So much canon to work through? In the grim darkness of the far…wait, no, that’s not it. Here it is: in the Warzone, the superhero civil war never ended. It’s been going on for six years now without a peace treaty in sight.
The two sides are: the Blue, led by General Steve Rogers, and the Iron, led by President Tony Stark. Now they are meeting together to make one last attempt at peace.
I, for one, cannot stress how amazing Civil War, and you should definitely check that out before the movie drops. Though this is an extended version of the story we will get, it is still brutal and badass and a must-read for any Marvel fan.
