7 Impractical Game Locks That Seemed Like a Good Idea

Now that this video points it out, may I ask? What is up with locks in video games? Rarely do you just encounter a door that needs a key, Often, there is a triggered mechanism that is released when all the right variables are put in place. The real question here is, how many times in your real life have you encountered locks as complicated as you do in video games?

Honestly, when did weird locks become a trope? Eh, who cares? Makes for a great list.
