THIS SATURDAY: L.A. Opera To Hold Huge Costume Sale!

HEAR YE! HEAR YE!

Calling all costumers, geeks, cosplayers, theater companies, and everyone in between!

The Los Angeles Opera is holding a very rare costume sale this Saturday, March 28, in a downtown L.A. parking lot.

Over 1,000 costumes, many worn by opera’s greatest, will be available for purchase. Items include gowns, bustles, wigs, handmade shoes, and military and gladiator gear. Prices start at just $25 for entire costumes and $2 for individual pieces. A special rack — dubbed the “diva rack” — will have items ranging from $1,000 to $5,000.

The costume shop is moving locations and is doing a little “spring cleaning.”

The sale will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 330 S. Alameda Street.
