Seth Rogen Testifies About Mother-In-Law’s Alzheimer’s Before Senate Committee [Video]

On Wednesday, Feb. 26, actor Seth Rogen testified before the Senate Committee of Appropriations about Alzheimer’s funding, research, and the rising cost to help family members with the disease. His mother-in-law was diagnosed in her 50s and by the age of 60, she forgot how to feed herself, speak, dress herself, and even go to the bathroom by herself.

Rogen and his now-wife Lauren started Hilarity for Charity, an organization that raises money for Alzheimer’s research and for families affected by the disease.

Below is Rogen’s funny, yet profound, speech to the Senate members, only a few of whom showed up. He took to Twitter to express his disappointment and disapproval.
