This little 4-year-old creates paper dresses with her mother AND JUST LOOK AT HER.
Her mother says they do actually craft them together, and many of the designs are ones her daughter picks out (like looking at photos of celebrities on red carpets) or creates, like her love of Minnie Mouse and My Little Pony.
