‘Star Wars’ Dresses Grace the New York Fashion Week Runway [Pic]

Rodarte, the fashion brand by Kate and Laura Mulleavy, premiered five Star Wars-themed gowns last week during New York Fashion Week.

“We couldn’t have done a collection like this and not included ‘Star Wars’,” Kate Mulleavy told the Los Angeles Times. “Those films represent for us a time when anything was possible.”

Of all the space-y, weird stuff to hit the runways this season, these are truly classy and gorgeous. I wish I could afford-slash-have the privilege of donning one of these frocks.
