Star Wars Rebels is a new animated series that will first debut as a one-hour telecast on Disney Channel this fall. The series will then air internationally on the Disney XD channel. Rebels will take place between Episodes III and IV.
According to the description from Entertainment Weekly:
Front and center is the show’s toothy new bad guy, the Inquisitor. He’s been tasked by the Emperor with hunting down the remaining Jedi Knights.
