As creepy as this metal critter is, you have to admit its a pretty cool piece of tech. It moves quite fluidly through the water with almost natural movements that you might expect from a seafaring reptile with no fins. It’s something that I could imagine prowling the innards of a starship, detecting problems and fixing them. Especially an amphibious starship…something like Atlantis from Stargate? It would be perfect.
Let’s just not go any bigger k? I don’t want to have to start worrying about robo-anacondas when the robot apocalypse comes.
