Germany has a wild promotional piece to celebrate the release of The Phantom Menace in 3D: Rene Hoffmeister and Lorenz Lnggrtnr (you try to pronounce that) built a very complex and inspiring diorama featuring key sets from Star Wars completely built out of LEGO.
But what is so amazing about this rotating cylindrical work of art is that key elements of the scenes are elevated to trigger levers that make the scenery play an organ. Of course, the organ is playing the Star Wars theme!
The four sets on the platform re-enact scenes from Hoth, Tatooine, Naboo, and the surface of the Death Star!
This is pretty incredible, and while I am a massive and unapologetic Star Wars fan, I would rather this was used to promote a Star Wars Lego game than the 3D films.
