Light-Up Guitar Frets

I like this because it’s light-up and futuristic looking and neat, but I wonder about the efficacy of learning to play this way.  Could it possibly condition the brains of those who’ve used it to ONLY be able to play with the light-up frets?  Who knows?  But it looks cool, and it’s got a Kickstarter.  $150 gets you the tools, $200 gets one for you fully assembled.
