The internet is drowning in AI-generated health insanity right now.
I’m sure you’ve seen some of it on your social media feeds: eat this before bed, put that under your tongue, drink this to cure something, and apparently your body has some secret mystical connections that nobody bothered to tell your doctor about.
Biomedical scientist Dr. Andrea Love has had enough.
In this video, she sits down and fact-checks some of the most insane pseudoscience claims making the rounds online, from probiotics supposedly coating your stomach to ginger somehow connecting directly to your lymphatic system, miracle cancer-fighting foods, raw milk, fluoride conspiracies, cellulite cures, and plenty more.
The funniest thing is that some of these AI videos are so confidently wrong that Andrea spends a good chunk of the time just staring at the screen wondering what the hell she’s watching.
So, the next time an internet video tells you that a random fruit can cure cancer, your cellphone is secretly cooking your brain, or putting ginger under your tongue unlocks your lymphatic system, maybe take a second before throwing your doctor in the garbage.
Because apparently, having an animated human body and saying “cellular repair” is all it takes to become a medical expert on the internet.
