Well, that didn’t stay on Netflix for very long. Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look showed up on Netflix yesterday, and apparently Rockstar forgot to tell the Internet that we were supposed to keep it there. By last night, the extended footage had officially been released online, so now the rest of us can stop pretending we weren’t already looking for it.
Captured entirely from in-game footage on PlayStation 5 (Pre-Order), this extended look gives us more Jason and Lucia, more Vice City, more people getting shot at, and several situations that make you wonder how these two haven’t been arrested approximately 47 times already.
There’s plenty of action, including robberies, shootouts, car chases and a lot of GTA-style insanity, but there’s also a lot of time spent simply watching the world and its characters do their thing. And Rockstar has packed an absurd amount of detail into this version of Vice City.
Basically, it’s another reminder that November 19 is still way too damn far away.
