Directed by Mark DePasquale, Moondays follows a group of lunar colonists who are basically told, “Take this pill and you won’t need a space suit… sometimes.”

What follows is a scrappy, fun sci-fi setup that immediately derails into a full-on disaster speedrun, complete with terrible odds, worse management, and side effects that somehow make death sound like a decent outcome.

It pretends to be a serious space thriller, but it’s really a cosmic joke where the punchline hits you at terminal velocity. Dark, dumb, and weirdly fun.
