The ’80s were a simpler time. If you wanted Masters of the Universe, you went left. If you wanted Barbie, you went right. And if you dared to cross the streams, well, society wasn’t ready for you.
Well, guess what? Society finally leveled up.
Mattel just dropped new Barbie Signature dolls based on He-Man and Teela, and honestly, every ’80s kid just unlocked a childhood DLC they didn’t know was missing.

He-Man comes fully equipped with battle gear, a Power Sword, and that glorious “I just walked out of a shampoo commercial” haircut. Teela? Straight-up commander mode. Armor, sword, and confidence.
Even better, these dolls are styled after Nick Galitzine and Camila Mendes from the upcoming movie.

At $55 each, they’re not exactly impulse buys, but neither was Castle Grayskull back in the day.
Now the real and most important question remains: when do we get Barbie versions of Skeletor and Evil-Lyn? Because I would absolutely buy a Skeletor Barbie that comes with a tiny throne, a sarcastic monologue, and one dramatic betrayal per hour.
