LEGO just gave us the cutest case of nostalgia we could ask for: the LEGO Ideas Gremlins Gizmo set is now up for pre-order. Launching October 1st, this build comes straight out of last year’s LEGO Ideas ’80s “If We Can Turn Back Time” contest and brings the beloved Mogwai to life, minus the messy gremlin transformations!
The set packs 1125 pieces and includes everything you need to make Gizmo both adorable and poseable, with a rotating head, movable ears, arms, fingers, and feet. You can even assemble him in either a standing or seated pose. True to the movie, Gizmo comes with brick-built 3D glasses.
When complete, the figure measures 8 inches high, 10.5 inches wide, and 3.5 inches deep, making it the perfect display piece for fans of the Gremlins films as well as LEGO collectors. Pre-orders are live now for $109.99 at the LEGO website, with the official release set for October 1st.
