Great Scott! The Back to the Future trilogy is turning 40 this year, which means it’s officially old enough to complain about “kids these days” and their hoverboards that actually hover.
To celebrate, Universal is releasing a 4K Blu-ray Steelbook Flux Capacitor Box Set that could have very well shipped straight from Doc Brown’s lab. This time machine of a collection includes:
- A shiny Flux Capacitor SteelBook
- An exclusive Gibson mini guitar
- The iconic OUTATIME metal license plate
- A Visual History booklet, a lenticular McFly family photo, and sweet replicas from the Universal archives
- A numbered certificate of authenticity
- AND two bonus discs with new special features
Basically, it’s everything you need to prove you’re the biggest Back to the Future fan without having to steal plutonium from Libyan terrorists.
Just don’t set it near 88 mph… unless you want your movie shelf to vanish into another timeline.
