Gervais Merryweather descrives his short film, “Mall 84,” as a love letter to the 1980’s, and it truly is. From old people smoking at the mall to kids playing at the local arcade (which were much more present in our lives back then,) this movie will bring a pleasant feeling of nostalgia to anyone who was raised in this era.
