I’ve said it in the past and I’ll say it again: Brian Gordon from Fowl Language (who was also behind Chuck and Beans) is one of my favorite online comic artists. I’ve often featured his comic strips on the site (with permission, of course) and since artists have a hard time making a living online and that Brian has been a freelancer for a while, letting you guys know about his contest is the least I can do!
Here’s the deal: Brian is releasing a book on March 22nd featuring all his best “Fowl Language” cartoons from the first two and a half years of the comic. If you pre-order the book and send him the pre-order receipt, he’ll throw your name in a hat and you’ll get a chance to win a framed “fowl language” watercolor painting. Please note that the painting you see above is mine, not the one that is offered in the contest, which will be a lot bigger.
At less than $10, the book is also pretty cheap and by getting one you’ll be supporting one awesomely talented/hilarious artist and his family.
