    • Your right, but that doesn’t really make it any better. Instead of being a Batman copycat. He is just the superhero version of Linus now.

(I know he had a cape 1st, no need to nerdgasim all over the place)

    • I see that cape bein tore apart beyond repair more tha once and he still gets a new one the next issue, so i doubt he uses his original blanket anymore.

  1. Superman came out a year before Batman. Bob Kane actually said in an interview that he was copying Superman. Just throwing that out there.

  2. Superman’s costume mimicked the circus strong man, so figure out why they have the cape in the old circus adverts.
If they did the heavy lifting, they tossed the cape off their shoulders, or removed it, but Supes never did. Why did the circus strong man wear the cape to begin with? To appear regal? To conceal perspiration on his body?

  3. Superman has used his cape to shield people from fires and other types of danger, so his is functional rather than just looking fancy.

  4. the pic isn’t saying S&S ripped off B&B it’s the fictional character of Wonder Woman accusing the fictional character of Superman of wanting to be cool like the fictional character of Batman.
this is why we can’t have nice things
