Geeks, Hide Your Moobs with the FunkyBod Muscle-Enhancing T-Shirt

I’m not even joking here guys, there’s a company called FunkyBod in the UK that makes muscle-enhancing t-shirts. Hey, ladies have their padded bras, so why couldn’t we, men, wear something like that? They’re made to be worn UNDER a shirt though, I wouldn’t wear something like this alone. That would look just plain stupid.

Edit: I’ve received many comments on our Facebook page saying that I’m implying that geeks need this because they are unfit, which is totally untrue. I added geeks to the headline of this post because the site is called “Geeks are Sexy” and is mostly read by geeks, not because I think we all need something like this in our wardrobe.

Our muscle enhancing top is a high quality garment to accentuate the Pectorals, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. This gives the effect of an improved posture with a natural looking balance all-round. Worn as a normal undershirt garment, the Funkybod top is a great confidence booster for men in the same way a padded bra works for women. Available in Black, White and Grey.

So, what do you guys think? Would YOU wear something like this? And ladies, thoughts?

  1. I wouldn’t appreciate it. While some women do wear padded bras for that added…dimensions, many of us wear them to avoid being used as amateur thermometers. “Chicken’s done!” On an already “blessed” physique, the padding doesn’t really add anything to speak of other than protecting glass that our chesticles may come in contact with.

  2. Exactly as Paul said. Putting together a Captain Hammer (and Penny) costume for Halloween a few years back, it was difficult to find a good muscle shirt. We ended up repurposing part of a Batman costume that we found on the cheap.

Of course, this year, all the Halloween shops are carrying dirty “Jersey Shore” muscle shirts. This looks much better than those!

  3. … well, I guess it could be good for cosplay. Or, whatever people want to wear it for. You can’t wear it under t-shirts though, unless you like that layered look. I think it is silly, but I wear all sorts of stuff that other people consider strange so I really have no room to judge. I bet it looks really weird on any man who is wider or chubby though.

  4. This is false advertising… Always hated the push up bra… Go for second base and you find out you got flap jacks in your hands when you thought you were getting some peaches. :p

  5. Women can’t do anything about tiny boobs, so it makes sense to pad. Men could work out to improve musculature. Padding seems less valid in that case. However, it does seem to improve the look when worn under another shirt.

    • They can get Breast augmentation. To say men can just work out…I’m assuming you do not know much about different body structures in men. It is much easier for women to get an enlargement than it is for the years it would take to improve muscle mass. One takes a day..the other years…So yea…don’t say they can’t do anything.

    • Or they could just be honest about tiny boobs… It doesn’t stop there either. All sorts of things like spanks, and stuff with booty pads, etc. I don’t think women as a group are in any place to complain about any false advertising.

  6. Because as guys know, you always want to provide an interested woman as much disappointment as possible when you finally get her into the bedroom.

    • Lol this.
Not interesting enough to attract the opposite sex? By all means, use money and effectively buy yourself a hollow, low self esteemed idiot to match your own inadequacies.
