He's not good. He's just fast. Fast is not good (in rap). He's basically auctioneering to music. Slow it down, use flow, not tongue-speed and then it would be good. Seems like he could too if he tried.
So he doesn't rhyme as much. I seriously doubt there are a lot of people who could sing that song at that speed. Meanwhile anyone could sing "rap" with just a bit of practice.
