ie

-2x > 12

divide both sides by -2

x < -6

The inequality sign is reversed.

when you divide by a negative for the final solve the greater than sign has to be flipped therefor making it a less than sign, so i <3 u is correct

no, the sign at the end is right. when dividing by a negative you flip the greater/lessthan symbol. …i >3 u ….-21/-7 ….i <3 u
