A bride over in the UK hired an owl to deliver the wedding rings during the ceremony.

Except Darcy the Owl got tired of sitting in the rafters for a whole hour, waiting for the falconer’s call.

Literally.

He dozed in the rafters and after pausing for a time, the ceremony had continue with the reverend’s “back-up rings”.

The owl was retrieved with a long ladder, after the couple had left the church.
