A few weeks ago, we showed you Phil Postma’s interpretation of superheroes, if they were made by Pixar.
This week, he’s done Star Trek à la Pixar!

Cute, but whats with the coloring on Sulu and Spock? I wasn’t aware Vulcan’s were green nor orientals some shade of baby shit…. cmon..
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vulcan_%28Star_Trek%29#Physical_characteristics
“Most caucasoid-like Vulcans (a majority of those shown throughout the series’ runs) typically appear with a subtle greenish hue to their skin, due to Vulcans’ copper-based blood, which is green in color.”
hehehe, “orientals”…
Orientals? Well… Hello 1952… Vulcans have green blood. The reason he looked so human in complexion is because the make-up would have added to the budget and it would have been more difficult for them to get consistent and realistic effects. However, you may note in later series and movies, their skin tone is different from most humans.
I would also note that this is meant to reflect Pixar’s highly stylized mode of art.
What? No ‘destined to die’ Red shirt?
Uhura’ still ht not matter how you draw her.
Apparently, She’s so hot that I am unable to type correctly. lol
I WANT THEM TO MAKE THIS xD
‘This week’?
Those pictures have been on the site for some time now… longer than the superheroes at least. :)
Sorry slight brain fail, was meant to be:
‘As long as the coverage of the superheroes at least’
If the voice acting, writing and production values were as good as these renditions I would watch this if it were created as a show… maybe use the old Animated Series as source material and that way have the original actors for the voices!
