The huge winter storm that was wreaking havoc on the northern plains of the U.S. last week was NOT a misspelling of the Grey Wizard’s name or the news industry’s attempt to be “relevant”. In fact, the name “Gandolf” is the character from an 1896 fantasy novel by William Morris called The Well at the World’s End.
